Bunkhouse and new for 2023 Jake’s Bunkhouse and they can sleep a total of 23/24
people and pets. We only rent to one family or group at a time.

nature, walk the C&O Canal, Potomac River or travel to the local national and state parks and use Timber Valley Retreat as
the base camp. Stay a few days, a week or a month.
