Your $245.00 nightly rate applies to any of our three private cabins, with up to 4 guests included and a maximum occupancy of 5 guests per cabin.
Our three private cabins are part of an exclusive Timber Valley Retreat experience. You won’t be sharing the property with other guests or groups during your stay. Explore each cabin below and choose the one that’s right for you.

Tanner’s Bunkhouse🏡🌲
Our cozy Bunkhouse cabin offers a peaceful place to settle in and enjoy the wooded surroundings of Timber Valley.
Jake’s Bunkhouse 🏡🌲
One of three private cabins at Timber Valley Retreat, Jake’s Bunkhouse offers a peaceful place to stay surrounded by the trees and natural beauty of our 100-acre property.
A comfortable home base for slowing down, exploring, and enjoying your time at Timber Valley.
Amber’s Lodge 🏡🌲
Relax, unwind, and make memories at Timber Valley Retreat.
Amber’s Lodge is one of our three private cabins, with a spacious covered deck and plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying the peaceful woodland setting.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of our 100-acre property, it’s a place to slow down, spend time together, and enjoy being away from the everyday.
$245.00 Per Night
The standard cabin rate is:
$245.00 per night for up to 4 guests
Maximum 5 guests per cabin
For a fifth guest, the additional guest rate is:
$36.00 per additional guest, per night
Our cabins provide a private place to stay while you enjoy the natural setting of Timber Valley’s 100 acres in Clear Spring, Maryland.
Minimum Stay Requirements
- Monday–Thursday: 1-night minimum for direct bookings. Same-day bookings must be made by 4:00 PM local time.
- Weekends: 2-night minimum stay.
- Holiday weekends: 3-night minimum stay.
Planning a shorter getaway? Direct bookings from Monday through Thursday require only a one-night minimum stay. Same-day bookings must be made by 4:00 PM local time.
Additional Fees
We keep our additional charges straightforward so you can understand the cost of your stay before making your reservation.
Pet fee: $30.00 per stay
If you’re bringing a pet, a $30.00 pet fee per stay applies.
Cleaning fee: $125.00 per stay
A $125.00 cleaning fee is added to each stay.
Camping: $25.00 per person, per night
Camping may be available for additional guests after the maximum cabin guest capacity of 15 has been reached, with prior approval..
Taxes & Credit-Card Fee
Applicable taxes and payment-processing charges are added to your stay:
- 6% Maryland sales tax
- 6% Washington County tourism tax
- 3% credit-card processing fee
These charges are separate from the advertised nightly cabin rate.

Events: No events are permitted without prior approval from Timber Valley Retreat.
Pets: $30.00 per stay.
